Running on its 7th year, Sea‐Expo is the Philippine Boat Show & Premier Nautical Lifestyle Expo and Conference that truly endorses the ultimate summer experience. The event is set on February 20‐22, 2015 at its new home in Hall 1 at the SMX Convention Center Manila.
Preparations for this year’s show are underway highlighted by the event’s partnership with the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, a bilateral foreign chamber that promotes European interests in the Philippines as well as Philippine interests in Europe, who will be co‐organizing the event through their subsidiary, Fairs & More Incorporated. With more than 700 members, the ECCP offers a strong business network that potentially translates to multiple business opportunities by creating linkages between companies, organizations and individuals with existing potential business interests in Europe and the Philippines.
Another main aspect of the show is its three‐day conference that will be tackling themes related to the marine industry in the Philippines. International and local speakers have been invited to share their expertise on the following topics: Promoting the Philippines as a Mecca for Marine Tourism, Developing the Philippine Boat Industry and Protecting the Philippines Marine Biodiversity for Ecotourism.
One of the speakers invited is Mr. Felino “Jun” Palafox Jr. of Palafox Associates who will be sharing his insights on Waterfront and Marina Development in the Philippines. This is an exciting year for the show as we continue to grow, supported by the same marine and nautical lifestyle community that we work hard to promote locally and internationally.
