Palafox Associates and Palafox Architecture Group sign partnership with PropertyViewAsia

Makati City (04 November 2014) Palafox Associates and its architectural design arm, Palafox Architecture Group, have entered into an agreement with PropertyViewAsia (PVA) to promote their architecture, urban planning, site planning, interior design, engineering, and real estate development consultancy services to the online marketplace.

PVA is a technology company focused on developing a property portal for the industry that supports realtors, property developers, and land owners for both commercial and residential rental and sales. “We want to help the industry by providing a technical platform that meet the needs of both buyers and sellers, ensuring they get a positive experience from the start to the end of the transaction,” says Nick Cunnew, PVA’s Chief Operating Officer.

Having done over 900 local and international projects which include the master planning of more than 16 billion square meters of land and the architectural design of more than twelve 12 million square meters of building floor area for the past 25 years in 38 countries, Palafox Associates and Palafox Architecture Group were tapped by PVA as the leader in providing quality services from small- to large-scale projects.

Palafox Associates was founded on 1 July 1989 by Principal Architect Felino Palafox Jr. and started with just a staff of three, and offered only three services: Architecture, Planning, and Consultancy. Twenty-five years later, the firm has been blessed with opportunities to be part of the design of homes for families, to conceptualize new townships, to plan with different leaders on how to develop their untapped resource and attract tourists to their towns, regenerate the forgotten parts of the city, improve the quality of life of people; and to see how its drawings transform into hotels, shopping centers, golf courses, schools, churches, towers and communities. Earlier this year, the firm has organized its five architectural design studios into the Palafox Architecture Group.
