As the architect on record of international firm Design Worldwide Partnership (DWP), Palafox Architecture Group prepared the as-built drawings, interior design development, and contract documentation for the hotel renovation. The project consists of the renovation of the guestrooms at 16th to 12th floors, the new restaurant at the ground floor and meeting room at the hotel mezzanine, converting the ‘Basix’ restaurant into a bar lounge, and finally, uplifting the hotel’s grand ballroom.
