The tallest proposed building in the Grace Christian Colleges Complex, the Conference Center will occupy 15 floors over a site area of 2,680 square meters. The Center will have three main conference halls, two-unit apartments for guest lecturers, a gymnasium, and commercial areas above a four-storey parking area. A full basketball court and Concert Hall will occupy the top floor. The Conference Center will serve as the main communal area for all the Grace Christian College students and faculty to use. The library is set to occupy two floors surrounded by discussion rooms and different science and technology labs. Right above it will house the different music rooms.
