Plazuela Dos is envisioned to expand the commercial potential of Plazuela de Iloilo. To complement the whole retail development, an area for a Supermarket and an al fresco dining area will be allotted to meet the increase of BPO personnel within the community looking for an alternative dining experience during and after mall hours.
Along with this expansion is the extension of Calle Florete, a promenade that will extend to the activity area within the heart of Plazuela Dos, captivating the festive mood of Iloilo. The extension will have the same Spanish-Iloilo-Philippine architectural character as main Plazuela, from its material finishing to the pedestrian movement within the area. It is also envisioned to be “flood-free” by elevating it to almost two meters from street level.
