The redevelopment of this well-known Boracay resort is envisioned as a modern beach resort hotel consisting that seeks to preserve the hospitality and prime beachfront location in Boracay. The original structure, located between Stations 1 and 2, was built in 1994 in the Mediterranean style, with its 17 rooms offering a panoramic view of the fine white sands and blue ocean Boracay is known for. The redevelopment will expand the existing previous two-storey 17 rooms into a five-storey leisure getaway with 120-150 hotel rooms. The proposed amenities of the beach resort include a restaurant, bar, function room, and a large pool.
