The design for this family-owned condotel melds modern functionalism and sustainable urbanism to create a functional community center that promotes walkability, bikability, and livability to the multifamily tenants. The five-storey community structure is conveniently located near the Cebu Business District, and is planned to be easily accessible to all types of pedestrians.
